What does it show?

Instance graph

K-root is represented as a graph where each vertex is an anycast instance and each link indicates topological proximity between two instances. The size of each vertex reflects the volume of traffic currently served by the corresponding instance. The dashed circle shows the average load during the previous 30 minutes.

Traffic flow

Links become active when traffic migrations are detected between instances, changing color and size accordingly. Bubbles poured into the receiving instance represent the actual flow.

Unusual patterns

Flashing arrows show traffic migrations between instances that are not adjacent, while instances blink if their traffic load decreases significantly. Visual effects help spotting unexpected changes.
